Welcome to Jack’s Bakery online store! My baked goods are now available to order straight to your door anywhere in the UK. Each bake is handmade with passion and delivered within 4-5 working days from the date of your order.

2013: A Happy Accident

My passion for baking started by accident. Back in 2013, after being persuaded to take part in a charity bake sale at work, I surprised myself with the success of my chocolate brownies.

Motivated by the complimentary reactions of my colleagues, I developed a keen taste for baking and decided to experiment with different varieties on my family.

2014: Pizza Cake

One year of experimental baking later, I put my skills to the test in a bake off at work for the craziest looking cake. For this I created a pizza cake; a round vanilla sponge with red icing for the tomato puree, I grated white chocolate for the cheese, used wine gums for the olives, ferrero rochers for meat and I sliced marshmallows for mushrooms.

After a tricky and very tense tube journey into work, where my masterpiece battled high temperatures and sudden stops, the cake not only survived but won the competition!

2016-Present: Bake to Business

After a lot of encouragement, practice and late nights, I decided to take the plunge and open a market stall one weekend. The night before my first day of trading I was up until the early hours of the morning baking non-stop and then eventually washing up non-stop...

The weekend was a huge success and although I didn't have a sign, any form of proper display or sleep, my cakes were as good as sold out!

Fast forward to today, after spending 5 years in Brick Lane, I now have permanent spots in farmers markets every weekend around London as well as baking and dispatching orders 7 days a week from my online store (keep up to date with where I'll be in the visit page).
